Early Life and Education
Jadranka Joksović was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1978. She studied at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, graduating in 2003. Subsequently, she completed a degree at the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Alfa University Belgrade, in 2012.
Political Career
Serbian Radical PartyJoksović began her political career as an assistant to Aleksandar Vučić in the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) from 2005 to 2007. She was responsible for international cooperation and served as the editor of the party's magazine, "Great Serbia."
Serbian Progressive Party
Following the split within the SRS in 2008, Joksović became a founding member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS). She was elected to the National Assembly of Serbia on the SNS ticket in 2012. Within the National Assembly, she chaired the Security Services Oversight Committee.
Minister Without Portfolio
From April 2014 to August 2016, Joksović served as Minister Without Portfolio in the First Cabinet of Aleksandar Vučić. She was reappointed to the government as Minister Without Portfolio responsible for European integration on August 11, 2016.
Additional Positions
Joksović is a member of the Main Committee and Presidency of the SNS. She also holds the position of International Secretary for the party.
