French horn virtuoso, arranger, and conductor Jean-Jacques Justafré was born into a musical family in Paris, France. His father was a violinist, while his mother sang in a choir.

Justafré's musical journey began at the age of 14 when he was admitted to the prestigious Paris Conservatoire to study the French horn. Within three years, he graduated with first prize and distinction in chamber music and solfège. Soon after, he was invited to perform with renowned Parisian orchestras and studios, working on film scores, variety shows, and television recordings.
