Loan Spell at Rayo Vallecano
In 2012, Amat was loaned out to Rayo Vallecano. He made his debut on August 20, 2012, against Granada. Amat started the match but was replaced by Mikel Labaka in the second half. On February 24, 2013, he scored his first professional goal against Valladolid, just a minute after an own goal.
Transfer to Swansea City
