Yulia Marchenko: A Trailblazing Ukrainian Facilitator and Politician

Education and Professional Career

Yulia Marchenko is a multifaceted Ukrainian facilitator and corporate trainer. She holds an impressive three degrees from the Ternopil National Economic University in Entrepreneurship, Finance and Taxation, and Economic Cybernetics.

Her professional experience spans several organizations. She has facilitated training for internally displaced persons through the UNDP project "Developing Entrepreneurship Skills among IDPs and Local Population in Luhansk and Donetsk Regions." Currently, she serves as a leading specialist in the HR training and development department at both Epicentr K LLC and New Line LLC.

Political Career

Marchenko's political journey began when she ran for the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) on behalf of the Servant of the People party in the 2019 parliamentary elections. She was ranked 63rd on the party list. At the time of her election, she resided in Ternopil and was a member of the Servant of the People party.

Verkhovna Rada Involvement

As a member of the Verkhovna Rada, Marchenko serves on the Committee on Regulations, Deputy Ethics, and Organization of the Verkhovna Rada's Work. She also chairs the Subcommittee on Legislation Regarding the Status of Members of the Ukrainian Parliament.

International Relations

Marchenko is actively involved in international relations. She is the co-chair of the Inter-Parliamentary Relations Group with Georgia.
