Marrat Nuriyev was born on May 14, 1966, in the village of Shemyakovo, Tatarstan. His early career was marked by a series of technical roles in agriculture and construction, culminating in his appointment as Director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Zhilservis" in the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan in 2002.

In 2006, Nuriyev established the "Uyutny Dom" (Cozy Home) Management Company, which quickly became one of the largest in Tatarstan's housing and utilities sector. Under his leadership, "Uyutny Dom" has won numerous national and regional awards for its innovative practices and exceptional service.
