Marie de Vilpen, a French socialite, model, and actress, was born on May 8, 1986. She is the daughter of former French Prime Minister Dominique de Vilpen and has a brother named Arthur and a younger sister named Victoria.
Modeling Career
Marie began her modeling career in New York while studying law at the prestigious Panthéon Assas Paris II University. In 2004, she made her breakthrough in the fashion industry after participating in a couture show by renowned French fashion designer Frank Sorbier.
She gained further recognition when the creative director of the American magazine 'ELLE' featured Marie's photos in the October issue of the American edition in 2005. To maintain her privacy, Marie used the pseudonym Marie Steiss and became the face of Givenchy's perfume 'Ange ou Démon' ('Angel or Demon') from 2006 to 2008.
In 2007, Marie was chosen by the accessories and clothing designer 'Krizia' for their spring and autumn advertising campaigns. She also worked with Belgian-American fashion designer Diane von Fürstenberg, walking the runway for her collections in 2006 and 2007.

Acting Career
