Biography of Matt Bomer
Matt Bomer is an American actor in film, television, and theater. He was born on October 11, 1977, in Webster Groves, Missouri. Bomer graduated from Klein High School, where he became friends with fellow actor Lee Pace. They both started performing in the Alley Theatre in Houston. In 2001, Bomer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Early Career
After completing his education, Bomer moved to New York City, where he worked in theaters before landing a role on the ABC television network series "All My Children." He later appeared in another popular CBS television network series called "Guiding Light."
Breakthrough and Mainstream Success
In 2005, Bomer gained recognition for his role as Ross in the series "North Shore." The same year, he starred alongside Jodie Foster in the dramatic thriller "Flightplan." In 2006, Bomer appeared in the renowned thriller "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning." He then joined the cast of the series "Chuck," where he remained for several seasons.
