Early Life and Education

Born on May 22, 1985, in Marseille, France, Gwendoline Delbos-Corfield's educational journey began at the École Élémentaire Saint Marcel and continued at Collège Château Forbin. She pursued a bachelor's degree at Lycée Marseilleveyre before graduating from the Institute of Political Studies in Toulouse in 2009. That same year, she earned a master's degree from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and completed her studies at the College of Europe in Bruges in 2010.

Political Career in France

European Parliament (2014-2021)

Delbos-Corfield's political career took off in 2014 when she led the Europe Écologie Les Verts campaign in the Île-de-France region for the European Parliament elections. In the European Parliament, she served as a political advisor to the Greens/European Free Alliance group from 2014 to 2021.

European Green Party Leadership

Steering Committee (2019-2022)

In November 2019, Delbos-Corfield joined the Steering Committee of the European Green Party. Her role involved shaping the party's strategy and policy positions.

Co-Chair of the European Green Party (2022-Present)

At the European Green Party congress in Riga on June 5, 2022, Delbos-Corfield was elected Co-Chair alongside Thomas Waitz.
