Early Life and Military Career

Born on November 16, 1979, in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine, the Ukrainian politician and film producer initially resided in the region until relocating to Kharkiv Oblast in 2000. Holding a military background, he graduated with honors from the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine as an officer at the operational-tactical level. Retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel, he served in the Kharkiv Border Detachment.

Education and Professional Growth

In 2010, he completed his studies at Yaroslav the Wise National Law University. His academic pursuits continued in 2013 when he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts with a degree in "Film and Television Art (TV Director)."

Film Production and Industry Involvement

Venturing into filmmaking, he produced the feature-length film "DZIDZIO Contraband" in 2016. The movie made history as the first Ukrainian film to achieve profitability.

Since 2017, he has shared his expertise as a lecturer and conducted masterclasses on film production for students. That same year, he joined the Ukrainian Film Academy.

In 2018, he presided over the jury of the "ZIFF" Zaporizhzhia International Film Festival for Short Films and became a member of the European Film Academy. Founding the film company "Prime Story Pictures" that same year, he also received the "Golden Spinning Top" award (Viewer's Choice) for "DZIDZIO Contraband."
