Early Life and Career
Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Jasurbek Gafurov began his football journey at the city's youth football school. He later joined the Tashkent-based club "Chilanzar" in 1995, marking the start of his professional career.
Success with "Navbahor"
In 1996, Gafurov transferred to "Navbahor" in Namangan. During his tenure with the club, he became a key player and contributed to their success. He helped "Navbahor" win the Uzbek League Championship in 1996 and five bronze medals in subsequent years.
International Career
Gafurov represented the Uzbekistan national football team from 1998 to 2002. During his international career, he played in 13 matches and scored one goal. He was a valuable asset to the team and contributed to their achievements.
Later Career
Beginning in 2007, Gafurov returned to Tashkent to play for "Kuruvchi." He remained with the club for the remainder of his career and continued to make significant contributions to Uzbek football.
