Early Life and Education

Robert Winnicki was born on July 18, 1985, in Zgorzelec, Poland. His ancestors hail from Lithuania, and his grandfather served as a regional secretary for the Communist Polish United Workers' Party.

In 2004, Winnicki graduated from Adam Mickiewicz High School in Luban. He enrolled at the University of Wrocław to study political science but did not complete his degree.

Political Career

League of Polish Families

In 2007, Winnicki ran for Parliament on the ticket of the League of Polish Families. However, the party failed to reach the 5% electoral threshold and did not enter Parliament.

All-Polish Youth

From 2009 to 2013, Winnicki served as the president of All-Polish Youth. He was instrumental in founding the National Movement.

National Movement

On December 10, 2014, Winnicki was elected chairman of the National Movement. He was re-elected at the party's first congress on June 13, 2015.

Parliamentary Elections

Winnicki ran unsuccessfully for European Parliament in 2014 and for mayor of Wrocław and the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly in 2014. In 2015, he won a seat in Parliament on the "Kukiz'15" party list.

However, in April 2016, he left the "Kukiz'15" parliamentary faction following a decision by the National Movement's political council.
