Early Life and Education
Muhammad Mammadov was born on March 22, 1975, in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1992, he began his law studies at Baku State University, graduating with honors in 1997.
Public Service
Mammadov's career spans various government positions, including:Ministry of Education (2013-2018)
From 2013 to 2016, he served as Deputy Head of the Department and Head of the Department within the Ministry of Education. On January 11, 2017, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Education.
Ministry of Taxes (2018-2020)
On January 17, 2018, Mammadov became Deputy Minister of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
State Property Service (2020-Present)
On May 13, 2020, Mammadov was appointed Deputy Head of the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy. He later served as Acting Head of the Service before his appointment as Head on May 6, 2021.
Azerbaijan Investment Holding (2020-Present)
On August 19, 2020, Mammadov was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
